Verily, verily, I say unto thee, let it be known to all ye youths betwixt the ages of twelve and twenty, that thou art most cordially invited to partake in the Youth Camp of 2023! Thou shalt delight in team games, savour the delectable food, be amazed by the celestial music, and lo, the preaching shall be the pinnacle of the whole affair! Bring thy youthful vigour and join us in this jolly good time.

Hark! We bring thee the most joyous news! This year's camp shall be held in a brand spanking new location! We shall embark on a pilgrimage to the promised land of Camp Grace, located just outside the town of Macon in Georgia, and verily, ye shall be smitten with the new chambers! The dorms shall be comfier than a feather bed, the chapel shall be grander than a king's palace, the food shall be tastier than thy grandma's cooking, and the games shall be more fun than you can have in a time, times, and half a time! We can barely contain our enthusiasm for thee to lay thine eyes upon this spectacle! This parchment scroll contains all the news thou requirest to register for camp. Hear ye, hear ye, for lo, we bring thee news of great import! At this year's camp, many a fresh thing shall come our way, but fret not, for the preaching shall remain stellar as ever! Our man of the hour shall be Pastor David Peacock, the shepherd of the Bible Believers Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. We shall soak up his words twice a day, and to top it off...

...we shall be blessed with a company of guest preachers from the attending congregations. We art positively astonied to announce that we shall be exploring the paramount subject of knowing God's will for thy life and discerning His voice. And, as if that wasn't enough, we shall also have a special treat in store for thee, for we shall be featuring musical performances from none other than YOU, the campers! So, pack thy instruments, polish thy vocal cords, and prayeth for a Holy Ghost-filled service at Camp 2023!

Verily, verily, we bring thee tidings of wondrous newness at this year's camp, and trust us, thou shalt not believe the marvels that await! Behold, we shall bask in the splendour of a grandiose pool each day, flanked by a sandy volleyball court and a gaga ball pit! We shall also revel in the beauty of the lakeside, where a water slide and a zipline into the lake shall provide us with endless thrills!

But that's not all, for we shall engage in spirited team games under the sun, as well as within the walls of the indoor gym, and who knowest, we might even partake in the noble art of rock climbing! Make sure to pack thy tennis shoes for the games and shorts and t-shirts for swimming (and please do checketh the dress code for specifics). Let the games begin!

Thou Shalt BRINg:

Bible / Clothes for 6 days including church clothes, activity clothes & proper swim attire (see “Clothing”) / Toiletries / Sleeping bag / Pillow / one Bath Towel / one Swimming towel

Thou Shalt LEAVE IT AT HOME:

Stuff! Leave it home, there will be more than enough to do. NO CELL PHONES (chaperone cell phones are available to call home if needed) No digital devices (smart watches, music players, video games, tablets, etc... we are disconnecting), games, magazines & books, weapons (real or fake), improper clothes, or bad attitudes. NO CAFFEINE- you may bring a small amount of non-caffeinated snacks or drinks, but it is preferable to just bring a few dollars for the snack shack instead.

[CLOTHING- GUYS] In Chapel, we’ll wear a shirt with a collar (like a golf shirt) and pants...NO SHORTS IN CHAPEL! Tuck your shirts in for chapel, too. For swimming we’ll wear swim shorts that go to the knee, and a dark T-shirt. For activities, wear pants, jeans, or shorts that go to the middle of the knee, with a t-shirt. Nothing sleeveless, no tank tops or anything like that. Make sure your clothes don’t have anything offensive on them, or they with be confiscated! If you’re not sure...don’t bring it! And make sure you bring some clothes you don’t mind getting messed up! Thanks! BRO. SAM

[CLOTHING- GIRLS] In chapel we’ll be wearing a skirt or a dress. It must not be tight and will be below the knee when sitting down. Our shirts will not be tight, form fitting or see through and the neck line will be three fingers from the collar and the waist will be below your belt line. No offensive or questionable markings on the shirt permitted. No tank tops or sleeveless, cap sleeves are fine. Besides chapel, you can wear loose fitting pants, capris, or shorts, but nothing will be allowed below the waist or above the knee. While swimming, a bathing suit must be worn with shorts to the knee and a dark colored t-shirt. If anything is questionable, please do not bring it, you will be asked to change.
